Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Acceptable Condition for Returns

We stand behind our books with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return your book for any reason within 30 days — including if your child simply didn’t enjoy it. Items should be returned in a reasonable condition (no excessive damage, torn pages, or missing components).

Who Pays Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, where we cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Restocking Fee
No restocking fees apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@tryorvani.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Notify us in writing at support@tryorvani.com within this period. Return shipping in this case is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
